Why does the app need internet?
Puzzle packs are downloaded from the server. You need a connection to fetch or refresh catalogs. Progress itself is stored on your device.
Puzzles won’t load. What should I do?
Check your connection, then retry. If you’re online and it still fails, close the app and try again, or email support.
How do hints work?
Hints can highlight help on the grid. Unlocking a hint may require watching an ad.
